Founding and Digital Chakravyuh
Co-founders Praveen and Mansi identified credibility gaps in digital platforms and established Ooumph as a Social Credibility Platform, with digital services funding the mission. The same year, Ooumph launched Digital Chakravyuh 1090 with UP Police alongside a Child Porn Search Ban initiative, marking the company’s first direct impact in digital safety.
Media Coverage and Academic Validation
The company’s work in digital safety was covered by 200+ media outlets including Times of India, FOX, and CN. The University of London published Ooumph’s business model as an academic case study, providing independent validation of the social credibility approach.
Recognised as Emerging Tech Company
Ooumph was featured among India’s Emerging Technology Companies, recognising the team’s contribution to digital transformation and safety infrastructure at a national level.
National Strategic Partnerships
Ooumph established formal partnerships with the Ministry of Tourism and the EduGRID platform, expanding the company’s technology footprint into governance and education infrastructure.
Government and Law Enforcement Delivery
Madhya Pradesh Police became the first large-scale government client, with statewide digital infrastructure deployment across the state network. Engagements followed with NITI Aayog, NICSI, UNICEF, UN Women, and EY, establishing Ooumph as a credible partner across Central Government and international bodies.
National Expansion and Industry Recognition
The client base expanded across national institutions and to more than 35 international ones. RailTel (Navratna PSU) and NICSI (Government of India PSU) partnerships were secured. The COO earned Forbes 30 Under 30 India recognition, and the company received the Bharat Vibhushan Award and honours at the UK House of Commons.
Sovereign AI Stack and Institutional Deployments
Ooumph deployed a three-layer sovereign AI architecture — Federated Learning, Federated Thinking, and Trust DAO — providing immutable audit trails for high-stakes sectors. This period also saw delivery to CHSE Odisha’s examination infrastructure and the Dr. Ambedkar Foundation.

Launch of the Unified Sovereign Interface (USI) platform — India’s first national-grade sovereign AI execution layer. USI brings together on-premise, policy-controlled AI inference with full audit trails for government and enterprise deployments.
