The Team Behind Ooumph
Ooumph was founded in 2019 with a single government contract. It has since grown into a multi-disciplinary operation delivering sovereign AI to national institutions across India, under a leadership team and an advisory framework that answer to those institutions directly.
Every member of the senior team has delivered technology at government scale. Alongside them, the Ooumph Trust DAO brings independent counsel on governance and institutional trust from outside the delivery line.

The Ooumph Trust DAO is a distributed leadership and advisory framework. It brings senior professionals into the company from outside the executive line, people with long careers in governance, communications and institutional relationships, and gives their judgement standing in how Ooumph is run and what it commits to.
Technical capability on its own does not earn an institution's confidence. Independent review, responsible governance and accountability have to be built alongside it, by people who carry no delivery deadline of their own.
One principle from the DAO carries directly into what Ooumph builds. Trust is not created through more communication; it comes from clarity, credibility and consistency between what an organisation says and what it does. Systems designed on that basis can be reviewed and verified by the institutions running them.
