Availability, performance and health telemetry is collected from servers, network elements, cameras and appliances, and preventive maintenance is scheduled from what the data shows, alongside contracted response times for faults. Current state and direction are stated separately: telemetry-based scheduling operates today; extension toward earlier fault indication is under development as the telemetry base grows, and is stated as direction, not contracted as a promise. The contract commits to defined response times, documented preventive work and monthly reporting.

The operating procedures derive from the 24×7 control room run through the CHSE examination cycle. Security events route to the defined escalation path; CERT-In empanelled auditors are engaged where certified security audit is required; analyst-grade security operations are delivered through partner capability where an estate requires it.
