Deployment Classes

Three deployment classes.

On-premise

Workloads run on infrastructure the institution owns, inside its own facilities: the default class for departments with existing server rooms and defined perimeters, and the deployment model USI™ is engineered for. Selected for sensitive operational data under direct institutional control.

State Data Centre enclave

Dedicated capacity inside SDC or equivalent government facilities, connected to state networks with no public internet routing in the workload path. Selected for statewide services, SWAN-connected departments and centralised state IT policy.

Air-gapped

Complete physical isolation, with controlled data-movement procedures and no external network paths. The platform's federated architecture permits full operation in this class: the model is deployed to the data, so isolation does not reduce capability. Selected where policy prohibits external connectivity.

The class is set by policy at design time. Under USI, execution routing can also be evaluated per request at runtime.

Sovereign AI Stack
Secure Networks

Segmentation, encryption and boundary inspection.

Workload, management and user traffic are separated by design, so a compromise in one zone is contained in that zone. The OSIE™ runtime supports network micro-segmentation within institutional environments. Data moving between nodes is encrypted in transit, with encryption at rest on institutional storage, in line with DPDP Act 2023 obligations.

Traffic entering or leaving the sovereign environment passes through Ooumph AEG for policy enforcement: execution audit trails, real-time risk detection and human approval workflows for AI agent actions, deployed entirely inside the institution's infrastructure.

Firewall, access-control and secure-connectivity components are specified against institutional requirements, integrated on an OEM-aligned basis, and operated under managed services. Ooumph's role is architecture, integration and operations; certified security products remain the OEM's.

Campus Networks

Capacity planned from measured demand.

Institutional sites increasingly carry sustained video traffic alongside citizen-facing services. Ooumph designs campus and site networks for that combined load: capacity planned from measured demand, video and surveillance traffic segmented from operations, resilience applied where the site's function requires it, and monitoring installed from day one so the estate enters managed services already observable.

Structured cabling and fibre backbones.

Copper and fibre backbones designed and delivered with certified cabling partners: pathway and containment design, termination and labelling standards, post-installation testing, and as-built documentation maintained for future changes. Physical-layer work follows the same supply-install-commission discipline proven in government hardware delivery.

SD-WAN · SASE · Enterprise Wireless

Partner-delivered categories, stated explicitly.

Where an institution's roadmap calls for SD-WAN, SASE or high-density enterprise wireless, Ooumph designs the requirement, runs the procurement, integrates the solution with certified OEM partners, and operates the result under managed services. Ooumph does not hold an in-house SD-WAN or wireless certification bench and states so; its role in these categories is requirement design, procurement, integration and operations.

Cloud & Hybrid

Hybrid architecture within policy constraints.

Sensitive inference and data remain on-premise or in the SDC; workloads that policy permits may run on MeitY-empanelled sovereign cloud, with the boundary controller making the routing decision under institutional policy. Ooumph advises on hybrid architecture and integrates the on-premise side of the boundary. It does not resell public cloud.
