In-country compute inside the institution's perimeter.
Ooumph specifies, procures, installs and commissions compute for institutional AI and data workloads: sized from measured workload data, deployed on the institution's own infrastructure, and commissioned with a runtime built for sovereign environments.
- Capacity specified against measured demand
- Hardware supply, installation and commissioning proven at statewide scale
- OEM-aligned specification and procurement support under government frameworks
- Runtime integration with OSIE™, in production deployment since 2024
Workload sizing before procurement.
Institutional compute fails in two directions: over-provisioned capacity that sits idle, or under-provisioned capacity that fails under load. Every engagement therefore begins with workload analysis covering concurrency, latency requirements, data residency and growth horizon. The output is a hardware specification and a procurement document the institution can take to tender. Specification is vendor-neutral; procurement is OEM-aligned.
Three reference architectures.
These are reference architectures that Ooumph designs and commissions, not product SKUs. Edge appliances specified here also serve as the processing layer for on-site video analytics.
Edge AI & Video AnalyticsRack enclave
Server and accelerator capacity in the institution's own facility or data centre space, engineered for sustained departmental and portal workloads within standard Indian power and cooling envelopes.
Edge node
Compact compute for district offices, field facilities and remote sites, matched to OSIE's edge deployment and offline-capable operation.
SDC modular capacity
Compute integrated into State Data Centre racks and operating disciplines, connected to state networks under the deployment classes on the network page.
Network Engineering & ConnectivityRuntime commissioning with OSIE.
Compute provisioned by Ooumph is commissioned with the Ooumph Secure Inference Engine (OSIE). It has been in production deployment since 2024.
Runtime environments are configured without outbound analytics, consistent with data-custody requirements.
Enablement inside existing facilities.
Ooumph's data-centre role is bounded: capacity planning, rack-level integration, commissioning and operations inside existing institutional facilities, State Data Centres and partner facilities. Greenfield data centre design, civil works, and power and cooling engineering are performed by specialist facility partners, coordinated by Ooumph where an engagement requires it.

Specifications drafted for government procurement.
Hardware specifications follow government procurement standards: technical qualification criteria, evaluation frameworks and acceptance-test definitions prepared to withstand audit. Engagements route through GeM and standard GFR instruments, with Ooumph acting as specifier, integrator or consortium member as scope requires.

The first step: workload sizing.
A working session on concurrency, latency and residency requirements, followed by a written sizing recommendation.
